Farmers are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, including pricing, availability, and quality. Buyers are responsible for reviewing order details before checkout. CropMarket facilitates the connection between parties but is not a party to the underlying sale.
All payments processed through the platform are handled via our supported payment methods. Fees, refunds, and payouts are subject to the policies presented to you at the time of the transaction.
Drivers accepting delivery assignments agree to transport orders in a timely and safe manner. CropMarket is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.
